Milbon Perm Neutralizer must be use with CYS Prejume CMC Wave Fresh Springy Curls.

Directions:

• Wear gloves and always apply protective barrier cream around hairline and ears.
• Apply cotton or towels to prevent solution from running over face. Immediately replace them if they become wet.
• Examine hair and select an item from Hair Waving Lotions Gently shampoo and towel dry. Wind rods.
• Apply "Hair Waving Lotion" to hair and wrap hair with plastic cap. Process for 5-15 minutes and check curls from time to time.
• Rinse thoroughly with rods on hair and towel dry thoroughly.
• Apply "Milbon Perm Neutralizer" to hair and process for 5 minutes.
• Reapply the neutralizer and process for another 5 minutes.
• Remove rods and rinse thoroughly.
